You agree to use Passmint only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You may not use the service in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the website or interfere with any other party’s use of it.

All content, code, and materials available on Passmint are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the website and API in accordance with these Terms and your plan.
You retain ownership of the pass templates, designs, and data you create with Passmint.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and API keys. Any activity that occurs under your keys is your responsibility. If you suspect a key has been compromised, rotate it from the dashboard and contact us.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Passmint at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from the dashboard.
Passmint is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted availability of the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hyperdusk Ltd and its owners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the website, API, or any passes issued through it.
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
You and Hyperdusk Ltd agree that the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim. Nothing in this section removes any protection you have under mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
