Billing questions
What teams check before they put a card in.
An active pass is one that currently exists and can be installed or updated. Passes you void or delete stop counting immediately, so a seasonal event that issues 1000 tickets and voids them after the show only occupies the limit while the tickets are live.
Nothing breaks. Existing passes keep working and keep receiving updates. Additional passes above the limit bill at your plan's overage rate of Hobby $0.01 per pass, Pro $0.01 per pass, Scale $0.01 per pass, and you can upgrade at any time to move onto a cheaper per-pass rate.
Not on any plan. Passmint manages the Pass Type ID certificate, the WWDR intermediate, and every renewal. Bringing your own signing certificate is available on higher plans if you need passes issued under your own team identifier.
Yes, at any time, with no contract and no call. Upgrades and downgrades are prorated against the current billing period, and cancelling leaves your passes readable until the period ends.
Yes. The free plan covers up to 10 active passes with full API access in test mode, so you can build and validate an integration end to end before paying anything. Live issuance starts on Hobby at $15/mo.
Free for up to 10 active passes. Paid plans are Hobby $15, Pro $49, and Scale $149 per month, all with live updates and webhook delivery.
