Getting started

Plans at a glance

Updated June 29, 2026

Passmint has four plans, and the main thing that changes between them is how many active passes you can have at once. Here's the short version to get you oriented.

The four plans

  • Free — $0. Up to 10 active passes, 3 templates, 1 team member. For trying Passmint and small personal projects.
  • Hobby — $15/mo. Up to 500 active passes, 5 templates, REST API access, 2 team members. For side projects and small launches.
  • Pro — $49/mo. Up to 5,000 active passes, 25 templates, 10 team members, and your own Apple certificate. Where most growing businesses land.
  • Scale — $149/mo. Up to 25,000 active passes, 100 templates, 50 team members, white-label options, and priority support.

A few things worth knowing

  • An active pass is a live, non-voided pass installed in at least one wallet. Test passes and uninstalled passes don't count. See test mode vs live mode.
  • Paid plans handle bursts. Go over your limit and you pay a small per-pass rate rather than hitting a wall.
  • You can change plans any time as your needs grow or shrink.

This is the quick tour. For the full detail, including overages and how to change plans, see plans and pricing explained in the billing section.
