Update your account details

You can update your profile details from your account settings at any time.
Changing your name
Open your account settings and edit your name. The change saves right away and applies wherever your name appears to teammates.
Changing your email
Your email is the address you sign in with, so changing it is handled carefully. If you need to move your account to a different email, contact support and we'll help you do it safely without losing access.
Changing the email on your own account is different from inviting a teammate. To add someone else, see invite and manage team members.
Organization vs personal
Two layers of settings exist, and it's easy to mix them up:
- Your account — your personal profile, like your name and sign-in email.
- Your organization — shared settings like branding, the team, certificates, and billing.
If you can't find a setting, check whether it belongs to you personally or to the organization you're part of.
