Invite and manage team members

Updated June 29, 2026

Passmint is built for teams. You can invite colleagues into your organization so they share the same templates, passes, and settings, with the right level of access for each person.

Inviting someone

1
Open team settings

Go to Settings → Team.

2
Send an invite

Enter the person's email address and send the invitation. They'll receive an email with a link to join your organization.

3
They accept

Once they follow the link and sign in, they appear in your member list and can start working in the dashboard.

Roles

Each member has a role that sets what they can do:

  • Owner — full control, including billing, team management, and settings.
  • Member — works with templates and passes day to day.

Set a person's role from the team list. Keep ownership with the people who should manage billing and the team itself.

Seats and your plan

How many people you can invite depends on your plan:

  • Free — 1 member.
  • Hobby — up to 2 members.
  • Pro — up to 10 members.
  • Scale — up to 50 members.

If you've used all your seats, you'll need to upgrade your plan to add more, or remove a member to free a seat.

Invite people with the email they'll actually sign in with. If an invite seems to go missing, check spam, and confirm you sent it to the right address before resending.

Removing someone

Remove a member from the team list when they no longer need access. This frees their seat right away. Their work stays with the organization; only their access is removed.
