Your organization branding

Updated June 29, 2026

Your organization's branding shows up in more places than the pass itself. Setting it once keeps the experience consistent everywhere a recipient meets your name.

Where branding appears

  • The pass install page — the page a recipient lands on when they open a share link, with the Add to Wallet button.
  • Emails Passmint sends on your behalf — such as delivering a pass to a holder.
  • As a fallback on passes — when a template doesn't set its own colors, your detected brand color can be used as a sensible default.

Logo and color

Set your organization logo and color in your settings. The logo should be a clean, high-resolution image, ideally a PNG with a transparent background so it sits well on different backgrounds. The color is used in branded surfaces and as a fallback for new templates.

Branding on the pass design is set per template in the designer. Organization branding covers the surfaces around the pass, like the install page and emails.

Keep it consistent

A recipient often sees the install page and email before they see the pass in their wallet. Matching your logo and color across all three makes the whole hand-off feel like part of your brand rather than a generic system.
