Billing & plans

Manage your subscription and invoices

Updated June 29, 2026

Your subscription, payment method, and invoices are all handled through the secure billing portal. You get to it from your billing settings in Passmint.

Opening the billing portal

Go to Settings → Billing and open the billing portal. It opens our payment provider's secure portal, where you can:

  • update your card or payment method,
  • view and download invoices and receipts,
  • update your billing details, such as company name and address for invoices, and
  • manage your subscription.

Invoices and receipts

Every charge produces an invoice you can download as a PDF, useful for expenses and accounting. Both your subscription charge and any overage charges appear there, with a breakdown of what you were billed for.

Keeping payment details current

If a payment fails, the most common reason is an expired or changed card. Update your payment method in the portal to resolve it. Keeping your card current avoids any interruption to issuing live passes.

Billing actions are usually limited to owners. If you can't see the billing settings, ask an owner of your organization, or check your role on the team page.

Changing your plan

To move between plans or cancel, see upgrade, downgrade, or cancel.
